How to use Refersion

How can I find my referral affiliate link? 

You can find you unique affiliate referral link in your original welcome email, or login to your account here to access it.

 

What kind of referral links can I create? 

You can link to LuvAj.com as a whole, or you can link to specific items as well. If you need to make a specific affiliate link to an item, you can do it in your dashboard here.

 

Payment Information

When will I be paid? 

All payouts are made within the first 10 days of the calendar month for the month prior. Please note that we do not pay out conversions on your own personal orders or orders that use the exclusive 72 hour Ambassador-only discount code.

 

How will I be paid? 

All payouts will be made via PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you must set one up. Otherwise, we can send a LuvAj.com Gift Card.

 

What is the cookie duration? 

30 Days

 

Why are orders not showing? 

It may take up to 10 minutes for the conversion to show up. If it’s been an hour or more, chat with us in-app, or shoot an email to helpme@refersion.com, and their team can help!

I’m getting high traffic but low conversions, what can I do?

• - Share links in places where they will have visibility over a longer period of time, like posts and bios
• - If you do share a link through a time-limited format, like a story, make sure to pin it to a highlight reel so that followers can see it for longer than 24 hours
• - For non-taggable posts, share your links in a pinned comment or include a CTA to share where your links are so that your followers can easily find them
• - Share links across multiple channels to engage different audiences
• - To stand out from the crowd, try sharing links to new products and trends

 

Can I join Tier 2 after I have already joined Tier 1? 

Yes! Just send us an email at ambassador@luvaj.com and we will send you next steps to upgrade.

 

Are there requirements for the Ambassador Program?

No – all we ask is to follow the best practices above. If you have not referred any sales within 6 months of joining the program, we will remove you from your tier.

 

What are the next steps after I apply?

Sit tight – you'll receive a welcome email with your affiliate link once we've approved your application. This can take 1 - 3 days.
