What materials is the fine jewelry made out of?


Our fine jewelry is all made with lab-grown white diamonds and available in either 14K Gold or Sterling Silver, which both last forever. Read more about our materials here.

Is the jewelry water-proof? Will my jewelry rust or tarnish?


All our fine jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-resistant, and made to last forever! 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

For our fine jewelry, we recommend using a proper jewelry cloth for all the sterling silver items. And we recommend using a proper jewelry cleaner liquid for all the 14K Gold items. Both cleaning items can be found on Amazon!

 

How fast will my order ship?

For our fine jewelry items, most items are made to order and take 4-6 weeks. However, a few of the styles are either in stock and ship in 1-3 business days, or will ship in 7-10 business days. All estimated ship dates are written on each product page.

We typically ship all web orders within 1-2 business days that they are placed. Orders in the US will ship Fed Ex 2 Day Air and arrive to you within two business days from the date it has shipped. All international orders (outside of the US) will arrive to you within 6-12 business days, depending on your location and customs delays. If you are international and select Passport Shipping, duties are included in the price of the shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

 US orders- we offer free domestic shipping for orders over $150. Otherwise, we offer various shipping options via Fed Ex.

International Orders- all our shipping rates are calculated based on your actual address, but most rates will fall between $25-$35 US dollars.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

 

 

Are duties and taxes included in my order?

 

If you select Passport Shipping, duties are included in the cost of shipping. If you select Fed Ex, they are not.

 

 

When will my pre-order ship?

 

All pre-order items should have their estimated ship date noted on the product page, and in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, email orders@luvaj.com for more information.

 

 

How do I cancel or update my order?

 

Please email orders@luvaj.com and we can handle this for you! Try to email us before 2pm PST so we can insure that it is changed before we ship your order out.

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking. If you need more information or have any questions about your tracking, email orders@luvaj.com

 

 

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

 

We are excited to offer Route Shipping Insurance on all our orders! You can opt-in at checkout to pay a small fee to insure your order. Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. How do I return or exchange my order?

 

We accept returns on everything except for our Luv Aj Fine eternity rings. Read more about our return policy here. If you want to return or exchange an item, head to LuvAj.Loopreturns.com to get started. You will need your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order.

My item arrived damaged- what do I do?

 

We are so sorry about that! Please email us at orders@luvaj.com so we can process a replacement or refund/exchange for you asap.

 

 

How do I figured out my ring size?

 

All our rings are US sizes and typically come in Size 5, 6, 7 to 8. If you are not sure how to convert your ring size, check out our Ring Size Conversion chart here.

 

 

Can you ship my order as a gift?

 

Yes! Actually all our orders are shipped in Luv Aj jewelry boxes and we do not include any paperwork with pricing, so no need to worry.
