Our team will email you a prepaid shipping label so you can send in your Oura Ring for precise measurements. (U.S. customers only. If you are located internationally, please email orders@luvaj.com for further instructions.) - We Measure & Return Your Ring
Once your ring arrives, our team will take the necessary measurements and return your Oura Ring within 3–5 business days of receipt. - Your Signature Halo Is Crafted
Our fine jewelry team will begin creating your custom Signature Halo. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery, beginning from the date your Oura Ring is shipped back to you. - Attach It at Home
When your Signature Halo arrives, simply place it onto your Oura Ring to complete the look.

All items in stock will ship between 1-3 business days. However, alot of our fine jewelry is made to order so please see the estimate ship date listed above for your item. For shipping transit times, head to checkout and enter in your shipping address to see our location-based options. Most US orders ship Fed Ex 2 Day Air which is 2 day transit.
We accept returns on all items (except Luv Aj Fine Personalization Items and Luv Aj Fine Eternity Bands) within 30 days of receiving your product. Click here to learn more.
We stand by all our jewelry so if you have any issues with a piece you have purchased, we will repair it for you within 1 year of purchase. Email orders@luvaj.com for more details.
Metal Options: Our fine jewelry assortment is offered in two different materials- 14K Gold and Sterling Silver. 14K Gold is the highest quality metal we offer and lasts forever. Sterling Silver is our Demi-fine option and is also much more durable than brass, but more cost-effective than real gold.
Care Instructions: Simple regular cleaning with a soft cloth will keep your sterling or 14K jewelry shining. For our sterling silver items, store your items separately, avoid humidity, and dry off after water exposure. All our sterling silver items come with anti-tarnish strips, store these with your jewelry at all times to ensure the longevity of the metal.
Diamond Quality: We only use Lab-Grown White Diamonds for our fine jewelry which are G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity. Read more about our materials here.
